Rampurhat NHM Recruitment 2026 fills 36 contract posts in the Mobile Health Teams (MHT) of RBSK (Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram) under the National Health Mission (NHM). The hiring body is the District Health and Family Welfare Samiti of Rampurhat Health District (HD), in Birbhum, West Bengal. It needs 20 Medical Officers (AYUSH), 15 Pharmacists and 1 Staff Nurse. AYUSH here means doctors with a homoeopathy, Ayurveda or Unani degree. The online form runs from 27 October to 17 November 2026, and registration and fee payment close on 13 November 2026. Only permanent residents of West Bengal who can read, write and speak Bengali can apply. For AYUSH doctors, the notice prints the internship cut-off in two ways, explained below. Pay is a fixed monthly amount of Rs 32,000, Rs 25,000 or Rs 22,000, depending on the post.

Rampurhat memo behind these details: Recruitment Notice Memo No. DHFWS/RPH/DPMU/3029 of 14 October 2026 (Contractual Recruitment 01/2026-27), issued by the Chief Medical Officer of Health and Member-Secretary, Rampurhat Health District. The 8-page PDF carries the state NHM guideline memo No. HFW/NHM-521/2015 New/2090 of 9 October 2026 and the Terms of Reference for each post; its last four pages are scans, read as images. The Rampurhat RBSK recruitment notice (PDF) is listed on the West Bengal health department website. On 26 October 2026 we checked the wbhealth.gov.in recruitment list again. It still showed this notice with start date 27 October 2026 and end date 17 November 2026. The PDF was unchanged, and there was no corrigendum or new notice for memo 3029. The Birbhum district website, birbhum.nic.in, did not open from our end that day, so check it too before you apply.

20 MO AYUSH, 15 Pharmacist and 1 Staff Nurse seats in Rampurhat memo 3029

Post Seats and categories Monthly pay Age limit Posted at
Medical Officer-AYUSH (MHT) Men 11 (UR 5, SC 3, ST 1, OBC 1, EWS 1); women 9 (UR 4, SC 2, ST 1, OBC 1, EWS 1) Rs 32,000 Not above 40 Any Mobile Health Team in Rampurhat HD
Pharmacist 15 (UR 7, UR PwBD 1, SC 4, ST 1, OBC 1, EWS 1) Rs 22,000 18 to 40 Any Mobile Health Team in Rampurhat HD
Staff Nurse 1 (UR) Rs 25,000 Not above 40 District Programme Management Unit, Rampurhat HD
Total 36

UR means Unreserved, EWS is Economically Weaker Section and PwBD means Persons with Benchmark Disabilities. Age is counted on 1 January 2026. The notice says reserved candidates get age relaxation as per government norms, but it does not print the years. The notice calls the pay a monthly consolidated remuneration, a single fixed monthly amount. It lists no allowances. The notice calls this a contractual recruitment. It does not state the length of the contract.

MO AYUSH internship cut-off: pages 2 and 7 of memo 3029 differ

This matters for new BHMS, BAMS and BUMS graduates. The memo prints two different cut-offs for the compulsory internship, and both are official text:

  • Version 1, PDF page 7 (Annexure-A, Terms of Reference for Medical Officer-AYUSH): the candidate “must have completed compulsory internship at the time of submission of application”. The last day to submit the form is 17 November 2026.
  • Version 2, PDF page 2 (general information, point 6): “All the essential qualification must be obtained on or before the publication of advertisement”. The internship is listed among the essential criteria. The memo is dated 14 October 2026, but it prints no publication date. The wbhealth.gov.in list shows the notice with a start date of 27 October 2026.

So a doctor who finishes the internship after the advertisement but before applying fits Version 1 and not Version 2. The notice does not say which line wins, and no corrigendum had settled it by 26 October 2026. If this is your case, confirm with the Rampurhat Health District office before you apply or pay the fee. Write to the HR cell at hrcellrampurhathd@gmail.com, or call the CMOH office on (03461) 297251, the number printed at the top of each of the four notice pages. Point 18 on PDF page 3 gives office visiting hours of 1 PM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday, but leaves the office address blank.

Degree, council registration and Bengali for each RBSK post

Every post needs West Bengal permanent residence and the ability to read, write and speak Bengali. The other conditions depend on the post.

  • Medical Officer-AYUSH: a BHMS, BAMS or BUMS degree, the completed internship, and registration with the council of that system. A BHMS must be listed in the Second Schedule of the Homoeopathic Central Council Act 1973. Homoeopathy doctors must be on Part-A of the West Bengal state register or Part I of the central register. A graded BHMS degree also counts. An MD in Homoeopathy, Ayurveda or Unani earns extra marks.
  • Pharmacist: a two-year D.Pharm (Allopathic) from an institute approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) or AICTE, plus registration with the West Bengal Pharmacy Council. A B.Pharm or M.Pharm earns extra marks.
  • Staff Nurse: the GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) course from an institute recognised by the Indian Nursing Council, plus registration with the West Bengal Nursing Council. Clinical experience in a government or private hospital earns extra marks.

How the Rampurhat NHM Recruitment 2026 score sheet adds up

Each post has a fixed scoring scale. Marks are proportionate: your percentage in an exam is multiplied by the weight of that exam and divided by 100. Marks are rounded off to two decimal places.

Item MO AYUSH Pharmacist Staff Nurse
Class 10 20 20 30
Class 12 20 20 30
Main course (BHMS/BAMS/BUMS, D.Pharm or GNM) 40 30 20
Higher degree or experience MD: 20 extra marks B.Pharm 20, M.Pharm 10 Hospital experience up to 20

As an example, take a pharmacist with 62% in Class 10, 68% in Class 12 and 80% in D.Pharm, and no B.Pharm. The score is 12.4 + 13.6 + 24, which comes to 50 marks out of 100. A B.Pharm with 70% would add another 14 marks.

For the Staff Nurse post, experience marks go in steps:

  • one full year but less than two: 5 marks;
  • two years but less than three: 10 marks;
  • three years but less than four: 15 marks;
  • four years or more: 20 marks.

Experience counts only after you got the required qualification, up to the last date of the online form.

Memo 3029 does not mention a written test, computer test or interview for these three posts. It mentions only the score sheet and the checking of original documents. The state guideline in the same PDF sets a walk-in interview of 15 marks only for MBBS Medical Officer and Specialist posts. Those posts are not part of this notice.

Rs 100 or Rs 50 fee and the 13 and 17 November 2026 end dates

Step Opens Closes

No closing time is printed. The fee is Rs 100 for general candidates and Rs 50 for reserved categories, and it is not refunded. You pay online by net banking, UPI or card. After registering, you pay using your application ID and date of birth. Then you log in again to submit the form. The notice asks you to accept pop-ups during the process and not to pay twice.

  1. Open the recruitment section of wbhealth.gov.in and register for the Rampurhat RBSK post you want.
  2. Upload a proper photo and your full signature. A form without them is cancelled.
  3. Pay the fee by 13 November 2026, then log in again and submit the form by 17 November 2026.
  4. Download the registration form from hr.wbhealth.gov.in and keep it, with your registration number. You need it at document verification. You do not need to post a copy.

Certificate dates and cancellation rules in the Rampurhat notice

  • A caste or EWS certificate must be issued by a West Bengal authority on or before the last date of the online form.
  • If the details in your online form differ from your original certificates, the form is cancelled.
  • Meeting the minimum qualification does not by itself give a right to selection.
  • A candidate found ineligible at any stage is dropped from the later stages, and the authority may cancel the process at any stage.
  • Any addendum or corrigendum goes up on wbhealth.gov.in and on the Birbhum district website, birbhum.nic.in.

Why Rampurhat now picks its own RBSK staff

The state guideline of 9 October 2026, attached to the notice, explains the change. Mobile Health Team posts under RBSK were earlier filled at the state level. They are now filled by each district’s District Level Selection Committee. Seats follow a 100-point reservation roster dated 25 May 2026, and the entry pay follows a state notification of 23 February 2021.

Three steps before registration closes on 13 November 2026

  1. Check your council registration (West Bengal Pharmacy or Nursing Council, or the council for your AYUSH system) and your residence proof.
  2. AYUSH doctors who finish the internship after 14 October 2026, the memo date, should get a written answer from the HR cell before paying. Pages 2 and 7 of the notice give different internship cut-offs.
  3. Work out your own score from the table above. Keep your Class 10, Class 12 and course mark sheets ready for document verification.
