How to resize a photo for a govt job form
- Read the photo and signature rules in the form's official notice: the size in pixels, the file size in KB and the file type.
- Choose the picture. For a signature, sign on plain white paper with a dark pen and take a clear, straight photo of it.
- Type the size (or tap a common size) and press Resize.
- Check the preview, download the JPG and upload that file in the form.
If the file is still too big, lower the pixel size a little. If it is too small, raise the pixel size or use a sharper picture.
Most online application forms ask for a photo and a signature of a fixed size, often in pixels and in KB. Always check the exact size, format and background rules in the official notification before you upload.
