NCHMCT LDC Recruitment 2026 is for 2 Lower Division Clerk posts at the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Noida. One post is for ST and one is unreserved. You need Class 10, a typing speed of 30 words per minute, at least one year of experience and the ability to use a computer. You must be 27 or younger on 30 November 2026. The notice asks for a filled-in paper form, which must reach NCHMCT in Noida by 30 November 2026; it mentions no online form.

The two NCHMCT files used: the bilingual vacancy notification for LDC, Advt. No. NCHM-01/2026-ADMIN (PDF) and its 3-page application form (PDF). Both are linked from the advertisement’s page on the NCHMCT site, which gives the start date as 30-10-2026 and the expiry date as 30-11-2026. On 4 November 2026, that page and the NCHMCT recruitments list showed no corrigendum or date change for this advertisement.

Why NCHMCT LDC Recruitment 2026 has only an ST and a UR seat

NCHMCT is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. It is at A-34, Sector 62, Noida in Uttar Pradesh. The post is filled by direct recruitment.

Post Posts and category Pay Level (7th CPC) Upper age
Lower Division Clerk (LDC) 2 (1 ST, 1 UR) Level 2 27 years

No SC, OBC or EWS post is listed. The 7th CPC pay level is the slot in the central pay matrix. The notice gives only the level, not a rupee figure, and we have not estimated one.

Class 10, 30 wpm typing and one year of experience for the LDC post

The notice lists two essential qualifications:

  1. Class 10 under the 10+2 system, or equivalent, with a typing speed of 30 words per minute and at least one year of experience;
  2. the ability to use a computer.

The kind of work the one year of experience must be in is not specified. The form asks for your employer, designation, period and nature of duties, and for experience certificates. It also has a place for a typing speed or computer proficiency certificate, “if any”.

Upper age 27, with a relaxation the notice leaves unnumbered

The upper age limit is 27 years, counted on the closing date of the advertisement. The form asks for your age as on 30 November 2026, in years, months and days. Reserved-category candidates get relaxation in the upper age limit as per government norms, but the number of years is not printed.

NCHMCT written test of 100 MCQs plus a 30-mark drafting task

Selection is a written test followed by a skill test. The written test has 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs):

Part Questions or marks
Numeric Aptitude 25 MCQs
General English 25 MCQs
General Knowledge 25 MCQs
Clerical Aptitude 25 MCQs
Drafting of a letter, notice or note 30 marks

Only shortlisted candidates take the typing skill test, which the notice describes as a computer proficiency test. Test length, marks per question and negative marking are not given. NCHMCT can shortlist applications and may decide not to fill the vacancy.

Envelope line and NCHMCT Noida address for the LDC form

  1. Download the application form from the NCHMCT recruitments page and fill it in. Affix a recent passport-size photo and attest it yourself.
  2. Attach self-attested copies of your Class 10 certificate (as date of birth proof), education certificates or mark sheets, and experience certificates. Add any typing or computer proficiency certificate, and your category certificate if it applies. An ST candidate must attach a valid certificate. An ex-serviceman attaches the relieving certificate.
  3. Sign the declaration.
  4. Write “Application for the post of LDC” on top of the envelope.
  5. Send it to The Director (A&F), NCHMCT, A-34, Sector 62, Noida 201309, so that it reaches by 30 November 2026.

Applications that arrive after 30 November 2026 will not be considered, so allow time for delivery. If you work for a central or state government, an autonomous body or a PSU, you must apply through the proper channel. The notice and the form do not mention any application fee.

Before the NCHMCT envelope goes: 30 wpm typing and the experience letter

  1. Make sure you have at least one year of experience and can type at 30 words per minute. The notice gives no cut-off date for the experience.
  2. The form asks for your employer, designation, period and nature of duties, so attach experience certificates that back these up.
  3. Send the form early so that it reaches Noida by 30 November 2026.
