Who qualifies as a Gulm Samadeshak: degree, age and body standards
You must be an Indian citizen holding a graduate degree in any stream from a recognised university as on 1 August 2025. Age is counted on the same date, from your matriculation certificate. General men need to be 20 to 37; General women and all BC and EBC candidates get a ceiling of 40; SC, ST and third-gender applicants can be up to 42, with the usual relaxations on top.
Physical standards apply too. Minimum height is 165 cm for General and BC men, 160 cm for EBC, SC and ST men, and 155 cm for women of every category.
