D.El.Ed or B.Ed: Who Can Register for APTET June 2026

Why APTET Charges Rs.1000 for Every Paper You Attempt

The fee is Rs.1000, and the words that matter are “per paper.” You pay it separately for each paper you register for. So someone holding both a D.El.Ed and a B.Ed who wants both levels pays Rs.1000 for Paper 1 and another Rs.1000 for Paper 2, or Rs.2000 in all.

That Rs.2000 assumes the two general papers, 1A and 2A. If you also want the special-school papers, 1B and 2B, to cover Classes I to VIII in special schools too, you’d register for all four papers and pay Rs.1000 four times, or Rs.4000 at the top end. A little planning saves money: decide which levels and school types you intend to teach before you pay. For primary alone, one paper at Rs.1000 is enough; for both levels, budget for two. APTET June 2026 was a Computer Based Test, held across Andhra Pradesh from 5 to 16 August 2026 in two shifts a day, as per the official exam schedule. The notification had given 5 to 21 August as a tentative window. The initial and final answer keys have since been published on tet2dsc.apcfss.in.
